Established in 2001 by Mr. Vinod Jain, Jain Privy Client Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Jain Investment Planner Pvt.Ltd) offers financial services to over 10,000 clients that are served by our 45 Associate partners. Together, these partners service assets worth Rs.2300 Crores. Nine years after establishing Jain Investment Planner, we formed Investment Advisory to offer complementary and customized solutions to our existing clients. In 2010, we started offering Portfolio Management Services ( PMS). In 2017, as the markets and our clients’ goals became increasingly complex, we carved out more specialized firms to cater to clients’ requirements beyond just investments.

Continuing with our journey in offering diversified investment solutions, Jain Portfolio Managers LLP (a SEBI Registered AIF) was established in 2020 for offering Bristlecone Equity Fund – AIF (Cat-III)

Jain Investment Offshore Trust, was established with commitment to offering innovative investment solutions. In 2024, the firm launched the offshore fund, a Category III AIF, designed to provide investors with access to high growth opportunities in the Indian equity markets.
